As a Native Tucsonan, I care deeply about my community and I am passionate about cultivating an environment where everyone has sustainable housing. I want to bring owners and potential tenants together to create a stable living environment that benefits all parties involved. I am blessed with my staff, our property owners and the tenants we serve

Director Of Maintenance

My name is Anthony and I am the Director of Maintenance for Nizhoni. My experience of having taught for 24 years, and coached youth sports for 26 years (and counting) lends itself to growing a maintenance team at Nizhoni that can’t be beat. I maintain the value of our owner assets by coordinating all maintenance and improvements that are needed. I continue to develop and maintain relationships with our owners, vendors, tenants and staff.

Director Of Operations

I have been in Real Estate since 2010 and bring a lifetime of bookkeeping and organizational skills to the table. I care deeply about doing the job right the first time and enjoy the challenge of creating policies and procedures that are implemented with a growth mindset, and then maintaining them. I am service minded and thrive in a team environment where we all work towards a common goal. I am excited to bring a Sales Division to Nizhoni Properties LLC, and look forward to helping our community buy, sell and invest in real estate.

Hello my name is David Crisler I am the newest member of the Nizhoni Team. I have had many positions over the years. But Property management is new to me. Although this position is new to me, I do feel like my past experiences have helped guide me and get me where I am today. I am still learning but this great team makes it easy!

I am Lisa Patterson and I am working in Property Management for Nizhoni Properties. Prior to working for Nizhoni Properties, I was in the education field for 25 years. I believe the skills I have learned in the education field will be a great asset to my position as a property manager. I am eager to help people that are in the process of finding a place they can call home. I look forward to forging and keeping relationships with the tenants. I am so very fortunate to be working with an amazing team here at Nizhoni Properties.

I am a chemical engineering graduate who worked for Nizhoni during college. I bring many skills that I have gained in my collegiate career such as sales, problem solving, bookkeeping, economics and interpersonal skills. I have been a part of the Nizhoni team since May 2019 and it has been a great company to work for. I am excited to see what the future holds!

I have been in Real Estate since 2018 and am a licensed Realtor. I've

been working in the Service Industry for more than 20 years now and bring the experience of having spent over 23 years in the Banking and Lending Business with my Associates Degree in Finance. I am very lucky to be a part of the Nizhoni team and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
